My students are taking their tests right now, and seem to be doing well. I have two classes of tests graded (basic math) and they were very encouraging. Grades are up, which is nice. I've heard a very reliable rumor that the powers that be are going to be calling teachers to the carpet over failure rates. Since my Algebra 1's are currently at about 85% failing, I'm a little concerned. Hopefully this test will bump their grades and their confidence.
No big issues today, we got carry-out from Texas Roadhouse and it was yummy. Mike and I are going to the launch of Tiger at the apple store tonight and probably out to dinner. He's coming home early and I'm skipping my workout, so we should get home around the same time. Have a good weekend!!
