Pretty good day.  He was crying for no apparent reason a few different times.  He was willing to take the pacifier some of the time.  Definitely just chewing it, though.  I think he really is teething or pre-teething or something.

It's weird to think that he'll be eleven weeks old tomorrow, and the promised-land of 12 weeks is right around the corner.  For the first five weeks, all we could think of was that at 3 months it would get better.  Around 6 weeks, everything just turned around for the better.  I started feeding him more at each bottle and put mylicon (and later the Kroger version) in each bottle too.  Suddenly, he was able to nap during the day and everything was better.  We still have bad days, and better days, but nothing like before.

New today:  more control over his hands and legs.  He's standing on his own (not able to balance, though) for several seconds at a time when he doesn't have gas LOL.  Also, he is going from sitting to standing with more of his own effort and less of me pulling him up.  I just lift him a little and he does the rest to get completely standing, he doesn't have as much stamina after that as he does when I pull him completely up though.

Mike and I are doing much better.  He's being more involved, and less sulky about it.  That's really important to me.  I also asked him yesterday to take Spencer's 6AM feeding on the weekend so I can sleep in.  He admitted that he hadn't even thought to offer.  What a dunce.  Oh well, he issued an "open offer" and I plan to take him up on it this weekend.  Both days!!
