Friday night with a movie.  Kids are asleep.  Hubby is off with the boys.  Just me, a romantic comedy, yummy cookies and sweet tea.  Peace and quiet.  Finally.

A good few days.  The kids have been well behaved and getting along.  We've been doing crafts and keeping busy.  Mike actually offered to go to back to the Museum in the morning, so hopefully that will be fun.

Other than that nothing too big going on.  Rachel is growing out of the whiny, clingy pita phase and into the helping out, adorable, hugging phase.  She's calling for me, but not whining and crying if I'm in a different room.  She comes waddling in as fast as her little legs will carry her, usually with Spencer and the dogs right behind her.  Ruling the roost already lol.  Absolutely amazing.

Spencer is doing well, improving as always.  He's working on full sentences with clarity.  Simple things like 'No, no want bed' or 'Spencer want cereal', but it's good to see constant, consistent improvement.  We start speech therapy again next Friday.  I've been told (may times) that there are normally huge immediate improvements.  We didn't see that last time, I'm curious if we will this time.  I hope so.  It won't take but a few bumps to get him up to up to speed so to speak.  He's wonderful though.  So cute and turning into a three year old right in front of my eyes.  I never knew there was such a line that separates the toddler stage from the pre-school stages.  It's not as obvious as walking that separates baby from toddler, but there's a line just the same.  And I think he's crossed it.

I'm still not ready for him to start pre-school in February though. ;o)
