Uggh!!  I'm working on my first project 365 layout and it's taking forever.  I'm dedicated to the project, but I can't spend 4 hours a week working on a layout.  I'll never get anything else done.  And I still have a lot of other scrapping I want to do.  I think skipping the journalling might be the first step to streamlining.  I'm not much of a journal-er anyway.  I prefer to let the pictures tell the story.

Spencer did FANTASTIC as speech therapy this morning.  He was super excited to see Miss Amy and greeted her by name (wow!!!).  He didn't throw a single fit the whole time.  I filled her in briefly on his progress this week and she was very encouraged by today's session.  Yippee!!!  And she didn't bring up OT again lol.  I really don't think he needs that, he just needed time to adjust to her and her therapy methods.  So that was fantastic.  She told me what to be working on for next week.  I'm so glad that she's giving us more than 'try to get him to say more p sounds' like our previous slp did.  Her instructions are things I can easily work into our daily routine.  Like using as many -ing verbs as possible and stating a two step command as a two step command (i.e. instead of saying "Spencer, hand me the car", say "Spencer, please pick up the car and then hand it to me." - same outcome, but more verbs to hear and understand).  He was a bit of a handful tonight, super duper tired, but all in all a really good day.  I was totally prepared for another horrible session and starting to think about how long I'd give it before I asked for some changes to be made.  Luckily I don't think it's going to come to that.

That's about it.  I'm off to bed.  Exhausted again lol.
