Notes:  Had a rough time finding my stride, walked a lot.  Used the new Garmin though, and was very pleased that I was pretty steadily pacing between 11/12 min per mile when I was running, and walking at 17/18.  Was a little dizzy post run, and tired instead of energized.  Feeling a bit ill this evening, so maybe that's why the run wasn't one of my best. Hope to feel better soon.
