Distance:  5k
Time Running:  40ish minutes
Location/Weather/Temp:  treadmill
 
Notes:  good run on the treadmill.  Tried the hill climber setting, but was put off when I realized there were no accompanying downhills.  Definitely notice that healthy eating feels much more natural when I exercise in the morning.  Plan on running again tomorrow night.
