Distance:  6.1 miles (w: 1.2; r: 4.9)
Time Running:  1:22 (w: 23; r: 59)
Location/Weather/Temp:  cold, cloudy
 
Notes:  okay run.  I meant to do 7.5 but cut it short at 6.1.  I did the same basic route as the last few weeks, but reversed it and what a difference that made.  I guess your body really does get used to a course if you do it too often.  Need to start mixing it up a bit more I guess if I really want to be ready for May.  Officially registered for the Half Marathon today.  No turning back now.  Well, I could just not go, but that's not likely.  Never give up lol.  I've also decided it's time to lose the rest of the weight I wanted to lose.  I felt glutunous over the holiday (and for a  few weeks before to be honest), was up over a number I swore I'd never see again and I'm really ready to get back to eating more moderately.  Hopefully the scale will reflect that, I'm sure my clothes will lol.
