Asked for a half order of my favorite Shrimp, Crab And Fur Cheese Alfredo Pasta the other night. And then stopped at half of that when I was full. Started thinking of eating some more (taste not hunger) so I asked the hubs to put the plate in front of him until we got a box. He ate the rest for lunch the next day. I dont have to give up my favorite foods to lose weight. I just need to eat smaller portions. If I don't eat all of it now, I can have some more tomorrow. - works on so many levels.
