Yesterday's wins:
McD's for lunch, didn't want their grilled chicken, so I got a 'mini meal', double cheeseburger, small fry, small coke. Still over 800 calories, but it was better than the supersize monster meal I've gotten so many times in past.
Whole wheat pasta with simple sauce rather than going out for dinner. Just because I don't have any meat thawed doesn't mean we can't eat at home.
Got a hugely high fat/calorie Brownie Batter Concrete Mixer ice cream thing, but ate it slow and enjoyed it without feeling guilty or negative at all.
