3 months till the Tough Mudder...
Almost back down to where I was before the vacations started. Focusing on smaller portions and better choices.
I think that a lot of the muscle tone has melted back to fat, so getting back to the strength training is high on the priority list.
Zumba this morning, then tomorrow off and will make a new plan. MONDAY it's back to routine, no more traveling (for a couple weeks anyway) and no more illness, no more buttcrack mole removal stitches that were literally a pain in my ass.
Cardio and strength, back to running - gotta get back to 5 miles and quick! May need to do some intervals, hmmm... Need to work that into the plan tomorrow!
