February Goals CHECK IN
- Sleep
- Consistent 6:45 wake time - change that to 7:30/45
- Food
- 1500 net calories daily - almost every day and no days over 1800
- Water only at restaurants (excluding occasional alcohol mixers) - yes!
- 2 pieces of fruit daily - not so much, I just don't really like fruit...
- Salad with dinner - yes, heavy on veggies, light on dressing
- Exercise
- Cardio 6x per week min 30 minutes hard work - met and exceeded
- Toning 3-4x per week min 10 minutes hard work - only once this week
- Water
- Equal or more water than any other beverage daily - yes
