February Goals - CHECK IN
  1. Sleep
    1. Consistent 6:45 wake time - 7:45 but consistent
  2. Food
    1. 1500 net calories daily - down to 1390 based on a new app I'm using
    2. Water only at restaurants (excluding occasional alcohol mixers) - yes, no alcohol at all
    3. 2 pieces of fruit daily - only 1 each day
    4. Salad with dinner - every night, even had a (healthy) salad for dinner one night
  3. Exercise
    1. Cardio 6x per week min 30 minutes hard work - YEP
    2. Toning 3-4x per week min 10 minutes hard work - only twice
  4. Water
    1. Equal or more water than any other beverage daily. - YES
Not too bad this week.  I think the sleep and fruit goals were bad ideas to begin with, my heart was never into it.  I was just trying to find something to fill those categories.  The toning goal though I need to improve on.  I created a daily plan that will take as little as 10 minutes and hit the parts of the body I need to focus on.  Will start that tomorrow (toning at Zumba tonight).
