February Goals
  1. Sleep
    1. Consistent 6:45 wake time
  2. Food
    1. 1500 net calories daily
    2. Water only at restaurants (excluding occasional alcohol mixers)
    3. 2 pieces of fruit daily
    4. Salad with dinner
  3. Exercise
    1. Cardio 6x per week min 30 minutes hard work
    2. Toning 3-4x per week min 10 minutes hard work
  4. Water
    1. Equal or more water than any other beverage daily.
