Banana for breakfast, orange for lunch. A few crackers and cheese as a snack. Whole wheat pasta with sauce for dinner, plus butternut squash, salad (broc, carrots, greens, lite on the dressing). Didn't finish pasta, didn't have bread. Gonna work out hard tonight. Plus toning.

I WILL NOT continue to spend the entire week working off the excess of the weekend.
