Last night was GREAT!! Had dinner at a friends house. Had a single serving of spaghetti, reasonable amount of Alfredo sauce, salad and one pice of garlic bread. My brain said "this is delicious, eat some more!" But my stomach said I was full some stopped. I made scones for dessert, and ate two, as planned. Had a great time and didn't kill my calorie count.
