Pregnancy means gaining weight, right? I can't help but feel that I am bumping the high end of the curve. It's looking like I end my first trimester up about 8-9 pounds. I'm working out most days (but I wasn't for quite awhile - just got back into the habit within the last two weeks). The problem is that I just want sweets all the time. Little Debbie's have become my downfall. And pudding cups, candy bars, milkshakes, etc.
There for a few weeks I was allowing myself whatever I wanted for lunch. One day I ate an entire frozen pizza - granted I didn't eat dinner, but that's not healthy either. I try to make sure that I get enough fruits and vegetables each day, but I tend to supplement with bad stuff. My clothes are not fitting and it's too soon for maternity wear.
Oh well, I'm trying to cut back and be a little more aware of what I put in my mouth. Not dieting, unless you consider cutting down from a ridiculous overload of calories dieting. I'm just getting back to where I should have always been.
