Separation anxiety at the childwatch again. He went in fine, but then he turned around and looked at me and I said, 'bye-bye' and he started screaming. I got about 5 minutes or workout and then went back to check on him and he was fine. Then I got about 10 minutes or workout before they came to get me because Rachel was hysterical. Lori asked me to come later in the day, but I can't because of naps. And I don't want to go when there's less kids because I want Spencer around kids. Ugghh!!

He pointed (maybe) to his cheek today when I asked if his teeth were hurting. That has the potential to be huge. He smacked his whole hand on the pic of the crackers. Progress. He's not pointing to it, but at least he's recognizing the pic. I'll definitely be asking Jennifer (the EI specialist) when she comes for her visit today. He also said something very close to "all gone" after I said that. He definitely had the a for all and the g for gone. And I told him is sounded really good and he clapped for himself. While I took a shower I was singing 'head, shoulders, knees and toes' and he started to sing it himself after I'd finished touching his body parts and all. He went head to toes twice and then put his hands over his eyes, etc. He sounded nothing like the song, in words or tune, but I know what he was doing. He seemed to get lost on the last line, so I helped him out and he finished with a round of clapping.

Now he's napping. And so is Rachel. She laughed again just few minutes ago. Longer this time and twice. She's growing up fast. Now if I could get her to relax at the Childwatch. Uh-oh, Spencer's up early!!!
