Mike called. I had to ask him about it again, but he called. He has a doctor's appt for next week. I sure hope he gets some help. He checked his work email today and got some bad news. He was super pissed for a couple hours. I tried to show him that it really doesn't affect him, but he just wants/needs to get worked up. That was today's bad thing, yesterday was visiting his parents, and Saturday was a bunch of stuff. It's always something.

Spencer was awesome as usual today. He said Hi again in the evening. I was starting to freak a little because he hadn't said it to me lately and of course losing words is bad, bad, bad. But it's not lost, it's there, he's just preferring saying bye-bye for now. I definitely confirmed that the molar that I thought was on top is there, so that's two, possibly three molars, two I teeth and two about to break through in the last month. Poor kid. No wonder he's having trouble talking :oP. I got him to say c-c-c for the beginning of car, and s-s-s for the beginning of strainer (during dinner prep) just like the slp asked me too. He's puckering up more for kisses too - relating to the muscles in his cheeks being less tight. When Mike took him out to get the mail with him, Mike said that Spencer voluntarily took his hand. Cool! He was throwing tantrum after tantrum for awhile, but they lasted only 10 seconds or so, until he realized I was reacting, then he stopped. We played outside for 45 minutes after dinner.

RaRa took a long nap in the afternoon. Then she and daddy sat together while I was outside with Spencer. Then she chewed on my finger for a long time, played with her bottle, and made a huge poopy. Eventually she did take the rest of her bottle, but it was after bedtime. She was crying and it changed into hungry cry, so I got her up and gave her the rest. I put her back in her crib on her back and she went to sleep. Maybe she wants to be put on her back now? I prefer it for many reasons, not the least of which is selfishly that when she's on her tummy she scoots to the the side and hits her head. Then she wakes, and I wake. It happened again last night, but luckily I caught her before she was really awake and she went back to sleep a little easier. She was still making noise for awhile, and keeping me up in the process. Hence me being tired today.

Overall, another good day. Mike was up and down, but he's been much worse before, so I'm taking it where I can get it. He said he's going to just tell his "boss" that the fuck up today is his problem (which it is) and that he should handle it (which he should). I hope Mike follows through, cause that's really what he should do. It's not his job to fix this mistake, it's really not his problem. But not his problem doesn't give him reason to get worked up, so he sees it as his problem. Not saying he does it intentionally, he just doesn't know how to blow things off. We had a counselor once tell him to do exactly that, and for awhile it worked and he was much happier. That was years ago though, so someone needs to tell him again ;o), well someone besided me, cause when I say it, I'm just nagging :oP.

Enough for now, I might catch a few extra winks...
