How am I doing it?

Here's the secret:  Every morning I drink an entire bottle of Aunt Jemima's (artificially) Butter Flavored Maple Syrup.  Then I don't eat or drink anything else for at least two hours.  After that I carry on as I always have - eating whatever I want and getting very little exercise.

That's what I'm going to say from now on.  Because everyone always seems so disappointed when I say that I'm watching what I eat and getting lots of exercise.  Yes, I really do a bazillion situps and pushups and I run a lot, and yes, I know it posts on facebook when I do them.  No, I don't actually type the posts myself - the iphone app does it automatically.  If I did post it myself the numbers would be much higher because I typically double all the sets.  I'm sorry that makes you feel bad about yourself.  It's not my intention.  If you are looking for a quick and easy fix, try the maple syrup thing.  It can't be that much worse than some of the other fad diets out there, right?
