Okay, today was not a good caloric day for me. But before I go feeling bad about myself, let's play a little game I like to call "10 months ago"

Sge McGrdl, Sg Chz Bsct, hashbrown
Turkey Ranch Wrap with chips
Chzburger with fries and mayo
Threw away most of the chips
ate every bite
1 Chips Ahoy
large brownie
small low cal/fat noodle bowl
Large high cal/fat noodle bowl
few bites of the kids' leftovers
all of the kids' leftovers
fighting urge to eat everything in sight
eating everything in sight

too many to count

My point is that 10 months ago, I would have considered today a light day. So I'm not going to feel bad. I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm going to get up in the morning run my 5k and make better choices for food.
