Notes:  Feel much better than the last few days.  I was debating going, but I glad I did.  Run felt good.  I walked for about 45 seconds midway.  Think it was the right choice, gave me the strength to finish strong.  Ran last minute a 6, the rest at 5.  Not out of breath, still dancing to the beat during my cool down.  Next run Sat/Sun - 4 plus up & down - outdoors.
