Location/Weather/Temp: elliptical machine
 
Notes:  No run today after yesterday's long run.  I did an easy 30 minutes on the elliptical, setting the incline so that I was using hamstrings and gluts, not calves - as all my books recommend not doing exercises that primarily use the calf muscle on non-run days.  Felt good to take it easy, and it's easier to read on the elliptical than on the treadmill.  Don't have to set the font quite as large ;o).
