Notes:  Great run!  Nothing like last weeks torture heehee.  I ran 6.1 miles of it, with minimal short walk breaks.  My last run segment was over 18 minutes and 1.67 miles.  Came home to hot coffee and quiet house.  Took a hot bath to soothe my muscles and enjoyed running the data from my gps feed.  Good stuff all around!
