Notes: Did a little cross training this morning. 15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 on the rowing machine and 5 on the bike. The bike was just too boring to do even a minute more. I thought the rowing would be more challenging, I'm hoping I wake up at least a little sore tomorrow. I also restarted the 200 situps challenge. I think I did 50 or so today. I'll start the 100 pushups tomorrow if I'm not too sore from rowing.
Hope to run tonight, the weather is perfect. The sidewalks are still snowy, so I'll have to stick to side roads for safety, but I can't wait to get out there!!!
