Notes: Had every excuse in the book not to go, but when the kiddos asked to go to the gym's kid's area - even though I hadn't mentioned it at all, it was the exact thing I needed to hear. So we hopped in the van and went. Good run. I wanted to do 5, but after pushing so hard on Sunday, decided that stopping after three 10/2's was a better idea. Could feel muscles burning more in a bad way than good. Maybe elliptical tomorrow.
