I gained back the 3 pounds I lost being sick.  Not sure exactly how, but the laying in bed for 2.5 straight days probably had something to do with it.  

Pilates this morning
Food is on target for the day (and feeling strong that it will stay that way)
gonna try to run tonight, somewhere between 2 and 5 miles depending on how fatigued I am after this sick stuff.  Last time I got sick it was a couple weeks between when I was able to resume normal life stuff and I was able to workout at the same intensity as pre-illness.  Hope it won't be that long this time.

Taught the kids to play UNO this morning.  Started with the smaller Mickey Mouse UNO that I bought ages ago, but after one game Rachel was begging for the full version.  Also played crazy eight's with a deck of Tonka cards I bought for Spencer years ago.  Next will be War.  Love that game too!  Screw Old Maid and Go Fish, we moving straight onto Gin Rummy lol.

Mike just went for a run, think he needs to just be out of the house for awhile.  He did a really great job of taking care of everything while I was sick.  Cooked all the meals - and the cookware I have is not really forgiving to the unexperienced - and it was all really good. He didn't lose his temper with the kids much, if any at all.  He was amazing.  I think this time off has been really good for him and the rest of us too.

Now to the kitchen to get caught up on all the stuff I fell behind on whilst being sick.
