Run last night was not good.  Made it about a mile.  Thought I would do at least two, but it's hard to predict how the body will recover, I guess.

Woke up late thanks to a late shot of Nyquil last night and a wonderful husband who was willing to get the kids off to school without me.  Still feeling blah...

Made a really good ranch pasta for dinner and stopped myself from dishing a second portion.  Going back for seconds has definitely been my downfall these last few decades.
