Ran first thing this morning.  Did ab DVD this evening.  Snacked too much at a party.  Ate more veggies and fruit than usual.  Still not as much as I should be.  Will work on that.

I read an article about how runners often don't lose the weight they think they should even though they run regularly.  Too much of the same thing.  I knew this, but had forgotten.  So this morning I did hill intervals to change things up.  I plan to do some fartleks, intervals, and hill climbs along with my usual tempo runs from now on.  Just gotta keep the motivation flowing...
