Here are few things for the last few days:

  1. Ate lunch at Ikea, but kept it reasonable and entered calories immediately.
  2. Ate a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch.  Used very little mayo and bit off about 60 bites to make is last for awhile.  Usually I may get 4 bites out of it...
  3. Wasn't hungry for breakfast, had a mid morning snack of apple with peanut butter.
  4. over calories, worked out to bring it back to my goal
The better choices get easier, so I forget to update.  Then the motivation of being able to update fades, and I stop making the better choices...  Can't forget to update!!!
