February Goals CHECK IN
  1. Sleep
    1. Consistent 6:45 wake time - abandoned this goal as unrealistic, working out in the evening instead
  2. Food
    1. 1500 net calories daily - down to 1370 and making it most days
    2. Water only at restaurants (excluding occasional alcohol mixers) - yes!
    3. 2 pieces of fruit daily - 1 piece at least
    4. Salad with dinner - yes, heavy on veggies, light on dressing
  3. Exercise
    1. Cardio 6x per week min 30 minutes hard work - met and exceeded
    2. Toning 3-4x per week min 10 minutes hard work - twice this week
  4. Water
    1. Equal or more water than any other beverage daily - yes
