Back from an amazing vacation. Only up 4 pounds! Which is astonishing considering how many buffets I over indulged in.
Barely even hungry today, easy to keep calories in check.
Am challenging myself to make some healthy meals this week that are NEW and not the same stuff over and over and over.
Grilled chicken tonight, with brown rice and veggie loaded salad. Remembered my old favorite seasoning that added great flavor, no need for additional sauce.
