I'm back where I started. Damn! Started logging calories again today. My clothes are uncomfortable and I feel awful about myself all the time.
It's amazing that a handful of gummy bears and a couple stolen bites of the kids mac & chz lunch can put me so far over my goal. Reminder of how quickly all the little calories add up to a summer of big pounds.
I'm so damn hungry right now too. Really want a big bowl of ice cream. :(
