Triple Check

Fitness - all cardio done.  My run was speed work today and a bit harder, but I rose to the challenge and didn't even consider giving up.  I have missed pilates 3 times now.  I will do one of them right after this post so that it's only 2 and I'm within my goal range. ;)

Food - at least one piece of fruit everyday.  I have enough calories to have a banana today, but I'm not hungry.  No salad tonight, but I made fried rice for dinner with lots of veggies.  I used a decent amount of oil, though, so I stopped at one serving.  Ironically, that was significantly harder than the speed work run.  Full calorie log - check;  Right down to the 4 small handfuls of m&m's (I'm counting that at 20 total).

Personal - still doing well on all four resolutions.
