Spencer just said "Aw Dun"!!!!!!!!!! He was finishing his yogurt and waffles and I had to go change Rachel (poopy girl). I said I'd be right back and as I was changing her, he said loudly, AW DUN, I wish I could have run to him and given him that immediate praise, but alas Rachel was on the changing table, diaper off, but not wiped off yet. Worst possible timing. So I told him how wonderful it was and that I understood exactly and I'd be right there. Well, when I got there I was telling him that he'd done a good job. He said somethign remotely close to good job and I repeated it, ("yes, you did a good job") and he got all excited, so I guess he was saying good job. Rockin!!!
Yesterday was a good day too. I didn't get to post because I was spending some quality time with Mike last night. He was acting very strange. He said that he felt he had been neglecting me with his game and that tonight he was all mine. Whatever I wanted to do. Umm, don't do me any favors. If you would rather play your game than be with me, then do so. Don't act like you're spending time with me out of obligation. That's just mean. So, I was on the spot for what the activity of the evening was going to be. I just said, let's watch a movie. I was going to suggest Indinan Jones, but we never got that far. He was convinced that I was upset. Which I wasn't. I just couldn't figure out how to tell him that I'm not an obligation and he could play his game without it sounding like I was being bitchy. So long story short, he said what he meant was that he wanted to spend time with me, sorry it didn't come out that way. We both knew it was bullshit, but whatever. We spent the evening parallel surfing the net, and talking about new cases for our iPhones. It was nice though, just talking and enjoying each others company without having a specific activity (like playing a game or watching a movie) going on.
We got Pat Pat Rocket.
We think Rachel is going to crawl soon! :o). I don't know how to make a suprised/scared smiley. Damn!
