The week is off to a much better start than last week.  Our playgroup got cancelled today because of the snow, which was secretly okay because I had procrastinated on cleaning the house.  Now I have until Thursday's playgroup to get it cleaned up.

Spencer and Rachel are doing great.  We played hide and seek tonight and Spencer took it upon himself to hide for the first time.  Daddy found him lol.  He's totally into Mariokart and begs me all day long to play.  We have the game guide magazine and he carries it around finding quiet spots to sit and 'read' it.  He goes very carefully page by page.  So cute.

Rachel is more verbal all the time.  She's so much fun.  Constantly asking to be read to.  And love Dora.  And Wow Wow Wubzy most of all.  She says it all day long.  It's pretty clear too.

I called the psychologist who eval'd Spencer a couple months ago.  She had recommended that Spencer be in the district pre-school.  I asked her if it would be bad if we went with a private place.  She said no, just to do my homework and make sure it's structured time.  Not just a couple hours of playtime.  Which is what I would have done regardless.  I'll wait until we have our second eval on Monday with the school, maybe last week was just a bad first impression, but if things don't go better, I'll start making the rounds.
