OMG!  The diet is going well.  We went to the gym tonight and did a step class instead of our normal elliptical routine.  By about 10 minutes in my knee lifts were barely foot lifts.  I'm seriously not going to be able to move my legs tomorrow.  Talk about my "I'm not that out of shape" bubble being broken.  I did keep going for the entire class, though.  I was just marching in place for the last 5 minutes because my heart rate was dangerously high, but I didn't quit.

Kids are good.  Mike is good.  He did the class too, and he's hurting too lol.
