No workout tonight.  I had no energy all day.  Taking Rachel to the doctor about her cough wore me out.  Luckily he said it's likely viral and will go away.  Hope this cold I have will work it's way through soon too, I am miserable.

Here's a question though:  Two weeks ago my husband saw another doctor in the same practice (our regular family doc) and mentioned that we currently don't have insurance.  Doc charged him $30 for the appt.  So today, I see our reg. doc's partner, whom we've also seen many times before, and he charges ME $50?  The lady taking my payment tried to get him to lower it, but I guess he thought $50 was reasonable.  And didn't I feel like a winner standing there trying to barter for my daughter's doctor visit cost.  Welcome to the real world, I guess.

Made a delicious pork roast for dinner with baked potatoes and veggies.  And some of the old school stove top style pudding for dessert, which tasted more like custard than pudding YUM!

I hardly ever make baked potatoes, but the kids liked them and they were so easy I will be making them more often.  Was a great way to enjoy four of my favorite things (potatoes, butter, cheddar, and sour cream) with a very finite portion size.  No going back for a second - or third - helpings like I do with pretty much all other potato dishes.
