5 Days In!

Still going strong.  So hungry today, not sure why.  Eating healthy though.  Even if I really, really, really want to dive into a whole package of Chips Ahoy.  ;)

Did Friday's Pilates on Sat morning before Zumba because I forgot on Friday.  Made Zumba harder, but it was still a great class.

Today is rest, but since it's almost 1pm and I've been sitting at my computer pretty much since I woke up, I might hop on the treadmill just to walk for an hour or so.  I could also use the mental pick-me-up.

Good on fruit, veggies and food in general.  Grammatical rules seem to be coming back to me and my desk and closet are clean.  It's laundry day too, so I will endeavor to put it all properly away as soon as it's folded.  Kitchen is mid-day messy, but I'll clean it up completely after dinner.

So far my weight hasn't changed much, but according to my nifty app I'm actually down more than 5 lbs of fat, so I must be gaining muscle.  My jeans yesterday were painfully tight though, so I need to start losing just the fat, and the sooner, the better.
