Running & Pilates today. Will have a smoothie at some point for the fruit. Salad fixings are fresh and ready to go.

Personal stuff is done as well. Finished laundry at 11pm and still put it all away, even though I really just wanted to sit it down and leave it till later.

Weight is down ½ lbs, but my fat is down 2.5 lbs, so overall there's progress. Just need to keep plugging away.

Crazy weather today, temp was 41*F at 6pm last night and expected to drop to -8*F by 6pm tonight. Total of a 49 degree drop in 24 hours. That's just crazy, even for the Midwest!
